The KCC Writing Center is a resource available to students, faculty and staff, providing one-on-one writing assistance for any writing needs from brainstorming to perfecting final projects. The OWL (Online Writing Lab) is an additional writing resource that provides online writing assistance for those unable to utilize the Writing Center. Submissions to the OWL will be addressed by the Writing Center Specialists and feedback provided. The Writing Center and the OWL are part of the KCC Tutorial Services program, which is certified by the College Reading & Learning Association.

To be the best, train with the best. The Kirtland Regional Police Academy and the pre-service criminal justice program offers perspective students training by law enforcement officers who have years, if not decades of real-life experience in the field. The 17-week program is designed to prepare cadets to meet the state’s certification requirements.

If you’re looking for a career in the challenging world of Business, first look to build up the necessary skills and your portfolio with an associate’s degree or certificate from Kirtland Community College. That includes degree programs in administration or management, as well as certificates in bookkeeping, entrepreneurship and general business.
