Prepare for a career as a Correctional Officer in as little as one year by enrolling in the certificate program at Kirtland and obtain the skills required by the Michigan Dept. of Corrections. Don’t stop there. Continue your education by earning an associate’s degree in KCC’s two-year Corrections Officer or Corrections/Jail Administration programs.

A good organization or business needs good support staff. At Kirtland Community College, we offer a variety of associate’s degree and certificate programs through our Office Information Systems division to help you find your niche – and a good job – in the world, such as administrative assistant, legal secretary and medical clerk, to name a few.
